At Basic Reset we consider you part of our family, not just a customer. We want you to be happy. If you're not happy, then we're not happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with something that you purchased, we want to replace it, exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value, or refund the purchase price minus shipping. You have a full 30 days to notify us by phone (615-206-7771) that you are unhappy. Then you simply return the item, or items, and we will give you a refund (minus shipping). Once we receive the package, we'll refund you to the same method of payment with which you paid. It's that simple.
If you ordered more than 1 of a specific product, only 1 of those items may be returned opened. All other items must be in a factory sealed container. For example: If you ordered three bottles of Ionyte, you may return one bottle opened, but the other two must be sealed.
If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we're sorry, but we can't accept this item as a return.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You must call our office BEFORE returning any items for a refund. Once your refund is approved, please follow these instructions:
1. Place items you're returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We're not responsible for damage during shipment of returned items. Damaged items will not be refunded.
2. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
3. Make a copy of the packing slip that was enclosed with your original order, and put the date on both copies. Mark the items you are returning, and place a copy in the box with the products. Keep 1 copy for your records. If you don't have the packing slip, just make a note of what you are returning, put the return shipping date on it, and the name of the person at our office who authorized the return. Make a copy for your records and put the other copy in the box.
4. Use the mailing address below to return your shipment.
5. Take the package to the Post Office to have it delivered to us. Be sure to get a tracking number. Also, make sure there is adequate insurance to cover the cost of lost, or damaged items.
We cannot refund items that are lost, or damaged during shipping back to us. It is your responsibility to recover your loss from USPS.
6. You'll receive an email confirming your refund has been completed. Please allow 2 weeks for returns to process, although they usually don't take that long.
Please note: If you're returning a product due to a defect, or an error made by us, please contact customer service for a prepaid return label.
